they have been perfecting their craft as long as any of their European cousins but given their relatively moderate standing on the world stage (certainly not due to their lower winemaking standards) the wines command significantly lower prices – great for us wine-drinkers

On the palate it's dry and medium bodied, with a fruity finish and well balanced acidity. The wine is fermented in stainless steel vats then aged and matured on fine lees for 6 months to provide some texture. We think it's perfect as an aperitif, or, if you're feeling up to it, pair with
