The top pocket is open so you can put a hanky or pocket square in it. The bottom 2 pockets are sewn closed. The vest closes with Satin Tuxedo buttons attached. It is dry clean only. They are made in 5 sizes but can also be custom ordered to your measurements for additional charges (contact us). Please allow 4 weeks for delivery. CUSTOM MADE ORDERS ARE
