Refreshing, floral crisp and crushable. This is often refered to as a hybrid style with it's ale temperature fermentation and lagering to condition. Kolsch is ideal for the home brewer that loves lager. Higher fermentation temperatures reduce the risk of off flavours that are associated with home brewing lager
