He sits up on his own and has a very wide, totally FLAT, single piece tummy perfect for displaying images from t shirts & baby clothes. He has a 5 inch(12 cm) square grid on the tummy piece so you can easily center embroidery designs! His feet also have a 4 inch(10cm) square grid with LOTS of room for adding names & dates for sewing memory
