full and notably ripe flavors that possess good volume and a velvety

Then a bit lower-pitched in the mouth than the Villero and much more tannic on the back end

and the wine shows that precision

I would describe this as a success for the vintage

exceptionally silky and alive

Made in a more restrained style than the 2003

this is not quite as ripe as the Criots and is moderately more elegant too with a white peach

Super-fragrant with a floral lift from the Viognier component

Of course there are tannins here

This has plenty of development potential though it is somewhat less refined than it typically is

(from relatively young vines based in Montmains proper)
