The cool, pure and airy nose is naturally spicy with its essence of acacia blossom, lavender, pear and lemon zest suffused aromas. There is excellent punch and cuts like a knife delineation to the wonderfully refined medium bodied flavors that are blessed with an abundance of minerality on the long, chiseled and very dry finish that exhibits a trace of youthful austerity.
