It is rare to see solid silver menuki and even more so ones made by mainline Goto School. However here we have a set just like that. Made in late edo period. Size: Front: 25 mm x 18 mm Back: 26 mm x 17 mm
Koiguchi hole: 33 mm x 13 mm
It puts together lucky elements like pine tree
Made of suaka with gold and shakudo inlay
magical beings and holy spirits
I had this kozuka for years in my private collection but because there is no signature I never shipped it for Shinsa
Fuchi: 38 mm x 21 mm
Kashira: 34 mm x 18 mm x 10 mm
Shakudo menuki with prying bird and tree branches
On the other hand waves are cut so gently that they only appear when kozuka is moved in hand and light brakes on them
Made in early edo period
Based on the examination of this piece I would say It was made by one of the last generations
There is also a shakudo ring on the bottom and top of fuchi and on the bottom oh kashira
