Mat Pilates with Marianna 15yo+ (5 class pack) water bottle maximum of 15All you need is a mat! Low impact exercises to strengthen your abdomen and support healthy posture. 45 minutes of strength, 15 minutes of stretching at the end for a 60 minute class. Great for people who want to improve their posture, flexibility, and take excess pressure off joints. Attendees can wear socks or Pilates socks if desired.* Held at the Lunda Community Center in Black River Falls, WI on Tuesdays 5pm 6pm starting June 23rd August 25th.
