Also replaces: 4394227RX, 4394227NX, 5579369 (kit), Q621386, Q621386A. Uses (2) G02009 gaskets and (2) VB2037 clamps (not included) This is not an aftermarket part, it is OEM. Additionally, there is no core charge and this is not a reman (RX). These units are OEM "take offs", they are brand new and unused but do not come in Cummins retail
