McLaren Vale Shiraz/Viognier 2021, Willunga 100 Fortified Really delicious tangyWillunga 100 are best known for their beautifully balanced, ethereal Blewitt Springs Grenache, but here they lean to the other side of the Rhone Valley for a Cote Rotie inspired co ferment of Shiraz and Viognier. Lovely plummy, stony dark berry fruit from the Shiraz and the Viognier just weaving a little floral lift on it. Lovely stuff.
