The splint can also be used as a wrist cock up splint by simply inserting the metal stay and detaching the ulnar carpal elastic strap. Indications: Ulnar carpal instability, ulnar carpal ligamentous injuries, distal radial ulnar joint problems, and rheumatoid arthritis.
