Yellowstone Select Kentucky Straight Bourbon 46.5% 70cl Discarded Lagavulin 16 Year Old 43%Yellowstone Select Kentucky Straight Bourbon 46. 5% 70cl Nose: Some soft and creamy notes with a rich and complex mix of Rye spice with soft, leathered cherries, gentle vanilla, and soft charred oak. Palate: The nose indicated this bourbon had a twist and its right here on the palate, with a sweet and rich toasted oak, smoked toffee caramel and hints of Demerara sugar, a little hint of roasted chestnut and vanilla with a final twist of sweet smoke.
