Black 50s cotton full skirt with collectable print of little blonde puppy dogs in baskets. I think this is a John Wolf print, a few other versions in different colourways online. Fitted waistband with little wicker band print. Very full fit with skirt sewn in wide box pleats to waistband. Metal zipper and button to fasten. No labels but looks commercially made.
