it’s a fun dram and one with layers of flavour to unwrap with both time and the addition of a few drops of water

It's made using spirit produced at Uitvlugt using both Savale stills and the original and last surviving wooden Coffey still from the Enmore Sugar Estate

then more smoke notes add to a sublime finish

Taste: Front of the palate has a nice rich Butterscotch, sugar coated almonds, creme caramel, candied orange, with a soft cherry blossom and vanilla pod tone leading to a nice rich and lingering finish.
