Spring Bay Solera Muscat Cask Single Malt Whisky 700ml (ABV 48%) flavoured rum - 8 years old agaveThis single malt whisky comprises whisky from American and French oak casks slowly gravity fed through the 500 litre Puncheons with the last two being premium Muscat casks. The result is a well rounded approachable single malt that has the oak features of vanilla, dark chocolate and spice with the overlay of Muscat sweetness. Nose Begins with a mix of plum and stewed rhubarb and then develops into sweeter notes of honeycomb and caramelised sugar.
